Freelance Frontend Developer

Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to develop and optimise modern Vue.js applications, collaborating closely with backend developers, designers, and product owners within an agile team to build a seamless and scalable digital learning platform.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Extensive experience as a Frontend Developer
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js (must-have)
• Experience with TypeScript and modern build tools
• Knowledge of API integrations
• Familiarity with scalable platforms such as SaaS or e-learning systems
• Proactive and communicative approach
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimise innovative Vue.js applications
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs
• Enhance platform performance and usability
• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements and technical architecture decisions
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality features
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer
• Strong expertise in Vue.js
• Working knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Sass/SCSS
• Experience with REST API integration
• Right to work in Europe
• Based in or willing to work onsite in Hilversum (hybrid: 1 day on-site, rest remote)
• Available to start on 26/06/2026 for a 6-month contract
• Able to commit approximately 32–40 hours per week
Nice to Have (Optional):
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with Git, Vite/Webpack tools
