We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Project Manager to support the Belgium and Netherlands rollout of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
This assignment is maternity cover from ASAP through April 2027 (planned) and plays a key role in the successful business adoption of a large-scale transformation program. The technical implementation is managed within the broader program structure; the primary focus of this role is ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment, change management, and coordinated execution across the impacted business functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Manager, business stakeholders, and other project managers supporting related initiatives. While those initiatives may overlap with the overall program timeline, this role remains fully focused on the BE/NL SAP rollout scope.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the business workstreams required for the SAP S/4HANA rollout in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Drive business readiness and adoption across impacted teams and departments.

Act as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, the Program Manager, and implementation teams.

Manage risks, dependencies, planning, and governance activities within the project scope.

Ensure alignment with program milestones, priorities, and business objectives.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and communication across all levels of the organization.

Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Required Skills & Experience

Extensive ERP migration and transformation experience.

SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (mandatory).

Salesforce and or BRIM experience (strong preference).

Strong stakeholder and change management capabilities.

Experience within complex, international organizations.

Structured and results-driven project delivery mindset.
